Batch Validate in incomplete

Dear oracle experts,
We have an issue with batch validate process.  After validating order it returns Batch Validation Status = Incomplete.  Seems  that the root cause is that we have a Product with one Attribute  where we used property NoSave = 'Y'.
Have you ever experienced with similar issue?
