Problems while putting polish characters - web client

Hi All,
lately we have encountered an issue: the installation is prepared for polish users and in order to put polish letters ALT or CTRL+ALT must be used. But instead of having those fonts inserted into field, the app closes - where can we setup keyboard shortcuts for web client?
