Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Shared Services Environment with 1 Bank Account and multiple Operating Units

Hi,

I have the following scenario:

We have 1 legal Entity Called "Bytes Group"

This legal entity is linked to 1 Ledger 'Bytes Ledger"

There are 4 Balancing segment values linked to the same legal entity:

101
102
103
104

Each Balancing Segment has 1 Operating Unit Each

OU 101
OU 102
OU 103
OU 104 (Shared Service Centre)

Now, in the system there is one bank Account used to pay all suppliers and receive money from all customers across OU's

This Bank account is assigned to the legal Entity and all the OU's even though 104 owns the bank account

AP Invoices are captured in various OU's and paid using 1 payment run
