after upgarde to 12.1.3, expenditure type screen error FRM-40831

dear projects community

we are in process to upgrade the 11i to 12.1.3, in testing environment, all of the screen using the expenditure type populate error "FRM-40831: Truncation occurred: value too long for field EXPENDITURE_TYPE"

This error received in the screens of (projects, expenditure inquiry, expenditure type)

and due to that the project pre-approved batch is showing error for all expenditure types has long value error, the message is "the expenditue type is not active on the expenditure item date"
