Open Flat File Error

 Hi,
We have used the Business Function Open Flat file in one UBE and we are giving the file path in the Processing option of the UBE. Flat file is not working properly when I ran both locally and on server. No records are written to the flat file. We are receiving the error code when we ran locally. Please guide how to check this Open flat file if we are running the report locally.
