How to Monitor - Planning web forms usage

Hi all,

I'd like to know if there is an easy to report details on web form usage as I'm not sure there is an easy way to understand who is running/has ran a planning web form.

Could a business rule be used to do that without impacting performances? eg as soon as a web form is open then log username and time of execution

Any hints and tips on this ? Or is there an easier way to retrieve this and possibly more info from the logs ? If so, could you please provide me with some details as I'm not sure if the logs would capture these sort of information and how easy it would be to read through them
