REP-0065 - Virtual Memory System Error

Hi,

I am using Oracle Reports 6i.   I have made a report, which when executed provides a link to another report.  When I click on this link in reports runtime, the error shown in the subject pops up.  I have not used any ref cursor and there is also no memory problem in my machine.  I have already checked the note 108044.1 provided by Metalink which does not solve my problem.  The links provided in other reports works fine and it is only in this report that this problem surfaces. 

The command used in the first report to give a link to the second report is as follows:
