Decrypting application user password for R12

Hi,

I tried to execute the class file oracle.apps.fnd.security.WebSessionManagerProc as a DB package by passing the DB password and encrypted password of the application User as parameters, it returns the Original password of the application user. However this is working in R12.1.3 only but not in 12.1.1.

Is there any thing that needs to be modified or any other approach for R12.1.1 specifically?
