Outbound e-mail other than Plain text

Hi,

We are using Siebel 8.1.1.4 and we have integrated Siebel with .net application. When a request is created in Siebel, we send acknowledgement to the user. Acknowledgement e-mail is configured through Workflow. The e-mail is sent with Plain text. Want to know if there is any way to have the content of the e-mail in HTML /rich text instead of Plain text.
