Any impact of ASN remain in rcv_transactions_interface table ?

ASN shipment created by supplier via iSP

however when goods are actually received, the storeperson decides to receipt against the PO instead of to the ASN.

What is the impact of that ? The ASN created by the supplier via iSP will remain in the receiving interface table -

how do we get rid of the txn from the interface table (is there impact if that is done?)

and is there any impact for receiting against the PO instead of the ASN ?
