Effect of OAF Personalisations on upgrade from R 12.0 to R 12.1.3

 Hello,
We have lots of OAF personalisations in iProcurement and iSupplier portal.
Currently we are on R12.0.

We are planning to upgrade from R12.0 to R12.1.3

When we upgrade, do we forego all the existing OAF personalisations and do we need to do all the personalisations again manually ?
