Splitting Of CIP Assets

HI

We want to split and capitalize a CIP item  into 2 assets with different amounts and to different categories.
For example: we have a CIP item with 100 ,we want to split & capitalize the 100 into 70 and 30 . The asset with an amount of 70 will be  in X category and the 30 in Y category.
