Failed to perform backup de Database Oracle Database 11g 64bit

Database Oracle Database 11g  64bit Production

It is installed on Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard

I am presenting the following error

backup database plus archivelog

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on ORA_DISK_1 channel at 10/09/2013 00:14:

ORA-19501: read error on file "E:\ORADATA\FS91PRO\PSIMAGE.DBF", block number 323
520 (block size=8192)
ORA-27070: async read/write failed
OSD-04016: Error queuing an asynchronous I/O request.
O/S-Error: (OS 1117) The request could not be performed because of an I/O device
 error.

Also I can not start the database Windows service.
