Possible to Add New Contact details under service request by using API

Hi          How can i add new contact details under service request by using API. I am able to add a new contact details in hz_parties by using HZ_PARTY_V2PUB.CREATE_PERSON and its contact details in hz_contact_points by using hz_contact_point_v2pub.create_contact_point API. Now i need to link this contact details with a service request. How can i update it.
