Printing .rtf using concurrent program

Hello

I have a couple of issues I'd like help with.

Oracle ebs R12.1.3 running on linux.

I have a BI Publisher template created using the Word add-in and then uploaded using XML Publisher Administrator responsibility. It is based on the Oracle standard Expected Receipts Report (XML). It runs ok but when sent directly to the printer, it prints useless document. However, when I use the View Output from the Conc Req viewer it opens the .rtf file on the Windows Vista client as I would expect to see on the document sent to the printer. The document has a code39 barcode font used in some columns.
