VMI stock tracking

Hi

We have a scenario where company XYZ inventory is going to VMI location and gets untraced once invoiced at XYZ, So ABC owns the inventory till it gets pulled

by customer.

 

So currently VMI inventory is maintained in excel by sales team. So could anyone can suggest me that how we could keep inventory in Oracle till it

gets pulled by customer.
