EBS R12.2 Post-install : Checking URL : http://<hostname>:8004/OA_CGI/FNDWRR.exe

The installation of R12.2 with Database on RAC and app tier on x86-64 completed without any errors.  But the post-validation check is failing on virtual directory for OA_CGI.  I am able to login to application, run concurrent request.  The request completes successfully.  But I could not view the log/ out for any concurrent jobs.  I checked the $APPLCSF/$APPLLOG and $APPLCSF/$APPLOUT, I have sufficient space, so its not a space issue.

Did anyone encounter this before.
