cannot install Remote XUL agent 1.0.1

Hi All,

Per "oracle-hyperion-epm-system-certific-131801.xls", I installed Firefox version 10.0.12 ESR on my local machine. I installed add-on remote XUL agent 1.0.1.However after installing XUL agent it does not show up in Tools->Web developer. Since installing add on is not successful, I am not able to add the server host name and access the workspace.

I am installing it in MAC operating system X  and trying to access the HFM workspace 11.1.2.1.

Can you please let me know if firefox version 10 is compatible on mac machine to access the HFM workspace 11.1.2.1?  If yes, what are the steps to get the XUL agent installed correctly and add the server name?
