1099-MISC BI Publisher template address

I have a question I wanted to post about the 1099-MISC BI Publisher template.  We are beginning to test the BI Publisher template to use for the first time in 2013.  As we activated the template for R045152 XJDE0002, we ran the create 1099 forms.  Looking at the forms, I see in the address section of Copy B, there are headers of RECIPIENT"s name, Street address, City, state and ZIP code...and then the data under each header.  It looks more like the preprinted form of Copy A.  We mail our 1099s with window envelopes and the Post Office is not
