Install OEM 12c Release 3 (12.1.0.3) for HP-UX Itanium and get error in the middle of step 12 of 13

Hi

I get the error when it goes to 36% "Applying the required oneoff patches.", there is window pop up and the error message shows to review the log file '/u01/oracle/OEM/middleware/oms/cfgtoollogs/opatch .'

But I cannot see the error on under  the folder /u01/oracle/OEM/middleware/oms/cfgtoollogs
