Auto Reconciliation in ARM

 Hello,
For a balance to balance comparison reconciliation, I am loading my Source system balance from GL using FDM EE.  Our sub system balance is manual input by the user.  Will a rec that has zero data for the source system auto reconcile without any input for the sub system balance?  I am using ARM version 11.1.2.3.
