BIP Publisher - Disable Save-As Feature

A Custom OAF page is being designed and developed and the data entered on the page is being mapped to an XML Publisher report to generate a PDF. So, when the users enter the data on the OAF page and click 'Submit', PDF generates using the TemplateHelper.processTemplate class. Business requirement is to disable the toolbar option on this PDF.

It was done by setting the XML Publisher report configuration properties as shown in the attachment. However, it worked for Adobe 10 and now it has been upgraded to Adobe 11 where these settings are not working. Appreciate your help in this regard.
