Oracle Mobile Campus Solutions--“You are not enrolled in any term.”

We have implemented Oracle Campus Mobile using the maa version 2 and the service operations in Bundle 30.  The test student can sign on.  However, after selecting grades, class schedule or the cart, a message displays stating "“You are not enrolled in any term.”  Checking the logs we see a response to the SCC_GET_USERPREF_RESP_R_GET service operation request with the following data: <SCC_GET_USERPREF_RESP xmlns="http://xmlns.oracle.com/Enterprise/HCM/services">
