OPMN failure

When trying to upgrade  to OracleAS 10g 10.1.3.5. Am getting an error during the installation phase telling me that opmn service did not start and you need to start it manually before continuing with the installation. When I get to the OS level as application user and try to start opmn manually, I am getting an error that one of the services out of the four did not start and when I check the status I discover that this is HTTP_Server component. I have looked at the log file but nothing seems to be helping. Any one with suggestion on
