Account Inquiry by Object Account - P09201

I am at a new client site with the latest 9.1, tools release 9.1.3. I am trying to query in the P09201 without an object account and receiving the following error..... What am I missing? (screen shot attached and processing options attached)

Blanks Invalid  

An error has occurred on a hidden field (that is, a field that you cannot view). Please contact your system administrator.
CAUSE: The data field being processed does not allow blanks or zeros
to be entered.
RESOLUTION: Enter a non-blank or non-zero value.
