Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can we create and reset the password of a application user in RPM 13.2.x application without a server bounce ?

If yes,Can you please provide me the steps .
