OEM 12C and utilizing such tools as the SQL Tuning Advisor

Hello.  I created an OEM 12C user and assigned this user a role to permit it to access specific database instances.  Then, with this OEM12C I access OEM 12C and  Performance-> Top Activity and execute the SQL Tuning Advisor which returns with an "ORA-942 Table or View does not exist".  The DB user I use to access the Performance-> Top Activity option has the following DB privileges:
