Service Contract Renewal and Contract Duration - R1735

Hello

I'm wondering if someone can give me a recommendation of how the contract duration should be setup P1726 for service contracts.  We currently have it set to

From Billing 1, Thru Billing 12, Billing Duraton 12

Advanced pricing Uom set to MO (Months) and duration set to 12

The service contracts have duration Uom of MO - Months for the Billable Duration

When we renew a service using R1735, the report isn't allowing us to renew the contract when processing options are set to look at advanced pricing.  The error we get is "Unit Price Entry Required".

We changed the Billable duration in advanced pricing to 365 and the billable duration P1726 to be From Billing 1 Thru Billing 365 Billing duration 365 and the R1735 report works.
