System slow-down and restart few time in a day

Hi, this is E811 with TR 8.96.1.5 using oracle 10.1.0.4  /websphere  6

They are using SAW from app server to monitor the servers and noticed slow-down and zombie errors..Even some new user can't log in to system. Need to restart servers

They stated :

1.        Web Port error:  Please refer for the screenshot Web Port Error62/72/61/71/82. Total user login system about 30users.
2.        System can not accessing the program & new user can not login system. Refer to screenshot System Login Status & Process Hold
3.        System come out  the zombies & error “ retrieve disk information “.refer to AppServer Saw screenshot

In the jdenet log it stated
