Report on General Ledger

Hi
im new on EBS, especially on GL. In General Ledger responsibility, on report menu, we can define report and then run it like a concurrent. i already define it and it running succesfully. but the output file are .txt which is it can be open with notepad, wordpad, etc. i want to change the output file to excel format, it is possible? if it possible, how to do that?
