How to split LPN using API

 Hi
 I need to Split LPN (ie. in Inventory) using API.Is there is any public or private API to split LPN.
I need to split some quantity into other existing or new LPN .this we can do through standard mobile form .But I need it through PL SQL . because i need i another transaction
