Serials with Wrong Status after Intransit Shipment

Dear All,

Does anyone face the issue of Serial numbers not having the Intrasit Status after shipped from Org A to Org B using Internal Orders ? 
Both Orgs are WMS enabled and we are on 11.5.10.

Current INV Rollup: INV.J RUP21 (9649124)
Current WMS Rollup: WMS RUP18 (9857061)

We have such a data corruption every month and we need to apply the datafix on demand to fix.

Also, please let me know whether any root cause fixes available for the same.
