Siebel 8.2.2.2 and WC Content 11.1.1.7 integration

Dear All 
We have integrated the Our Siebel 8.2.2.2 public sector with WC Content  11.1.1.7. when I go to this location after installation of WC Content 11.1.1.7
 /ucm/Oracle/Middleware/Home_ECM/ucm/Distribution/SiebelEcmIntegration

I can see 

SiebelAdapterCMUBundle.zip
Siebel_SIA_public_sector_8.x_UCM_Attachments_20090330.sif
Siebel_SIA_8.x_UCM_Attachments_20090706.sif
Siebel_SIA_7.x_UCM_Attachments_20090706.sif
Siebel_SEA_8.x_UCM_Attachments_20090706.sif
Siebel_SEA_7.x_UCM_Attachments_20090706.sif

We have imported this only Siebel_SIA_8.x_UCM_Attachments_20090706.sif as it was in the document provided on OTN. 
As our application is Public sector then do we need to import this also
