Create Customer - Contact Center Form

Hi All,

In the Contact Center Form, there is option to create new customer, when we click on the Create Customer button, then seperate form will open in which Party as well as Account details can be entered . We have a Custom Form from which we need to create customer(with account), is it possible to call the create customer form from custom form. I tried to search in the Contact Center sub functions and sub menus but could not find the seperate form function, not sure if this create customer form is a blog in Contact Center Form. Can anyone shred
