Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. AR Standard Reciept not getting Reversed in 11i

HI,

I am not able to Reverse the Standard Receipt which is already applied in Previous period.

On clicking the Reversal Tab the Receipt does not change the status and remains as it is as was before.?

Please let me know the reasong for this and how can I reverse the same now?
