Auto apply receipts to transactions.

 My client is a Construction organisation, Bank sends all collections to client on daily basis. Now requirement is once the bank sends statements on day end, they want to upload in Receipts workbench, as well as its also apply with actual transactions automatically. Is there any solutions? Kindly help me.
