Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Different Commission in Sales for Item groups and Order Types

Hi experts,

I want to setup different commission for one customer, different item groups, and different order types. Could i do that?

EG:

Customer 1 ItemGroup 1 OrderType SO 10%

Customer 1 ItemGroup 1 OrderType SD 5%

Customer 1 ItemGroup 2 OrderType SO 7%

Customer 1 ItemGroup 2 OrderType SD 4%
