Invalid objects after applying R12.1.3 upgrade patches

We have lot many invalid objects after applying the R12.1.3 upgrade patches of finance and HRMS.

We have already upgraded the procurement and projects modules 7 months ago.

We upgraded from R12.1.1 to R12.1.3
