RMA Line stuck

Hello Experts,

I created one RMA of Type "Return with Reciept" , having one line. While performing RMA , the Order Line got stuck in "Awaiting Return Disposition ". The workflow activity "Wait for Inspection" is Notified. Even after performing Inspection of the Item , the status remains the same. The Item set up has "Inspection Required" checked.

Appreciate any help on this Issue.
