Apply custom grid settings to all users for P4826

Hello ,

I am trying to copy grid format - custom grid set on my user id and apply to *PUBLIC. System is not allowing to apply as it requires a version for P4826 and P4826 does not have any PO or any version.

Is there any way to setup grid format and apply to all users which does not have any version.
