Supplier Payment History ending with error with "ORA-24324: service handle not initialized"

Hi All,

After upgrading from 11.5.2 to 12.1.3, when we are running the standard report "Supplier Payment History ", we are getting the error in the report in the log as "ORA-24324: service handle not initialized". This is basicallya  rdf and i guess there is some patch which needs to be applied in R12 to make the report working.

Urgent help will be very much helpful
