Removal of 12C Agent Oracle Homes In oraInventory, DetachHome fails

 Hello,
We're jointly running OEM 12C with our systems administrators.  They've been using 12C to manage hosts for a few months and now we're trying to move our databases from OEM 10G and have run into issues on a handful of hosts with getting the databases registered.  We decided to try deinstalling and reinstalling the agent as part of the troubleshooting process.  I tried following the instructions from the documentation for 12.1.0.2 for Deinstalling Oracle Management Agents Using the AgentDeinstall.pl Script.  However, this did not clean up the Inventory and on reinstall it complains about the Oracle Home existing.  I've been struggling
