Alternative way to Join An Contact's Address Data Type to a Service Request Custom Field

in CRM On Demand - Administration (MOSC) Question
Hi,

I need a help on using JoinFieldAction on linking Contact's "Contact Address" Field with "Address" as Data Type to a Service Request with Custom Field having a data type of "Text (short)". Is there a way that I can segment the values of Contact's "Contact Address" so that I can get the value of "Country" which I save as a "Text(short".

Hope you can help me on this.
