OEM12C: can we manage SUSE and UBUNTU as well?

Hello ,
I have a customer who is using mixed enviorment.
RedHat, Suse and UBUNTU.

if he moves his Red Hat machines to Oracle Linux..will he be able to manage the rest SUSE and UBUNTU from OEM12C?


Also some of his RED Hat machines are guest OS on vmware.
If he stays on vmware and convert these Red Hat machines to Oracle LInux , will oracle be supporting him in such scenario?
