SR Task Planned End & Scheduled End Required
We are in the process of upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3.When entering the Planned Start or Scheduled Start dates on a Service Requests task, we are now required to enter the Planned End and Scheduled End Dates before updates to those tasks can be saved.
I know you can populated those fields automatically through profile options and task setups, however I would like to know if there is just anyway to disable this new requirement.
