failed with exit code 4294967295__same error no solution

I'm installing developer_client, but still same issue appear...

8 1 03:16:17  E :  The third-party installation command 'cmd /C "E:\Oracle\E1Local\jdedwards\OEESETUP.exe -iE:\Oracle -nE1Local -PLLtULPQt4L"' failed with exit code 4294967295.  Please check disk space, directory and registry permissions and run Setup again.

no idarticles, standards solution help me, so I have not solution yet
