Filter a column with many values

So... I'm creating a report to get a list of contacts in specific zip codes.

I've been given a list of 100+ zip codes to be included in this list.

Is there a way to take the 100+ zip codes directly from the excel spreadsheet and put them into the filter at one time... instead of typing in each zip code, then add value, another zip code, add value... etc etc

Requests like these are way too time consuming... I'm spending more time putting in these zip codes than I am formatting the report and analyzing the resulting data
