Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Process Salary changes based on an Effective Date

Is it possible to chnage an Employee's Salary and have that change take effect on a pre-deteermined date?

I am being told this is not possible.
