Issues with upgrade patch 6678700

Hi,
Apps 11.5.10.2
Upgrading to 12.1.1

12.1.1  upgrade patch 6678700 throws many worker errors and taking long time to complete.
Do we have any known errors and solutions for this patch to speedup
