How can SQL report be read with iPhone

Hello,

 I have a SQL report that runs daily.  The program is defined with output format type of “Text” (navigate Concurrent > Program > Define).  This report is delivered to users via email specified in the “Delivery Options” when submitting the request within the Concurrent Manager.  User wants to read this SQL report with their cell phone (iPhone).  The user is unable to read this report because the attached report has a  file type of “.out”.   The problem I see is the attached report needs to be the file type “.txt”. 

Has anyone in this community solved this issue or knows how to go about resolving this issue.  Thanks.
